Chuyên viên phát triển hệ thống phân phối | Route to Market (RTM) Specialist


Main purpose of the position:

This position is to:

1. supervise the assigned distributors’ execution, development and program compliance to align with CBVN strategy.

2. align and cooperate with ASM to roll out and deploy RTM initiatives (RTM plan, Routing, Distributor development...)

3. analyze, evaluate and assist Sales Team to develop and deploy right RTM model and distributors’ performance management and development

Job responsibilities:

1. Activate Call Frequency Plan by ensuring all calls are made on schedule and expected outcome achieved

2. Involve in distributor development, training and deliver compliance work following standardized report/template/system

3. Train, and guide Sales Representatives, and provide them with essential sales skills to develop and serve new outlets, customers

4. Work with the Sales Team and Distributor to execute the Distributor Joint Business Plan to enhance business with good P&L

5. Coordinate with Sales Team and other functional departments to ensure compliance in deploying trade programs

6. Review all assigned distributor's monthly performance to ensure that targeted sales volume (by brands/SKU's and to highlight any deviation from the plan (target) to be brought up to the attention of the RTM Manager as well as Sales team

7. Do respective reports for the assigned scope

   - 2 years of Sales working experience in FMCG

   - Conversant in spoken and written English

   - Interpersonal skill, Result-oriented, biased for action

   - Supervisory skill

   - Data analysis competency

   - MS Office proficiency

   - University Graduate
