Location: Hanoi
Purpose:
- Drive the value/premiumization of the company’s portfolio through different innovation initiatives
- Drive brand/portfolio competitiveness as well as category volume and/or value in the long run
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all liquid and packaging innovation for all brands of the business
- Build up business cases for new SKU/new product/new brand as in line with commercial strategy
- Lead and implement the innovation process in co-ordination with other functions until new product is successfully launched into market in timely manner
- Initiate innovation at POP and work closely with trade team to implement
- Actively search for category innovations and present to commercial team for consideration
- Track and monitor NPD and innovation budget
- Handle all documents and other admin tasks related to NPD as required
Be responsible for the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness of duties.
Requirements:
- Experience: High professional education and working experience in marketing area at least 3 years, preferably in NPD
