Main purpose of the position:

 

Responsibility in planning and implementation of Carlsberg Employer Branding activities and Fresh programs to ensure that Carlsberg Vietnam is the “A great place to work” in the labour market and attract young talents for the company.

 

 

Job responsibilities:

  1. Planning & implementation of Fresh Programs:

-        Initiate about Fresh Programs to promote Company Employer brand and making talent pipeline list from the programs for the Company.

-        Lead attractive and sourcing plans. Organize recruitment process for Fresh Programs to ensure full fill quantity and quality fresh talents on time.

  1. Planning & implementation employer brand:

-        Plan and implement the process of positioning the company as an "employer of choice" in the labour market.

-        Create activities to build employer brand internally and externally

  1. Execute recruitment activities:

-        Implement and control recruitment process from hiring request to new hire onboard.

-        Source candidates via suitable channels to get the most effective.

-        Utilize internal, external network to enhance data of potential talent as well as developing a talent pipeline to ensure fill candidates on time

-        Do onboard/induction activities to new employees, coordinate with team mate to organize orientation training to new employees to support them smoothly onboarding.

-        Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to managers/ directors if needed

 

 

Personal qualifications / competencies:

 

 

- Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment for companies with size > 500 employees, prefer in FMCG sector.

- Good knowledge and experience about Employer branding.

- Wide knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting, but not limited to training, Labor Law, C&B, and other HR functions

- Good writing, and oral communication skills, both English and Vietnamese are required

- Good at time management & planning

- Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented

 

 

 

Educational / minimum requirements:

 

Education and Experience:  University graduation prefer labor human resource major

 

Language skills: English skill – level C
