Senior Communications Manager

The main purpose is support line manager in 3 key areas of internal & external communication and CSR/sponsorship implementation that support Carlsberg Vietnam’s commercial activities.

Job responsibilities

External Communications

·     Support line manager and work closely with brand teams to execute brand PR and corporate PR.

·     Support line manager with media relations.

·     Day to day management of Carlsberg Vietnam’s Corporate website.


Internal Communications

·     Contribute to develop and execute internal communications plans to ensure that Carlsberg Vietnam employees have access to the information they need to understand, engage in and make a positive contribution to Carlsberg Vietnam’s priorities.

·     Work closely with HR to help drive employees engagement via internal events.

·     Day to day management of Internal Communications channels: Intranet, poster, banners...

·     Coordinate periodical town hall meetings.

·     Execute cascading of key policies and programs of Carlsberg Group and Carlsberg Vietnam.



·     Support CSR & sponsorship projects implementation, especially in Central provinces.

·     To support line manager in managing PR budget.

·     Other tasks as required


Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm/kỹ năng

Personal qualifications / competencies

·     3 years of experiences in brand PR or Corporate Communications

·     Experiences in media relations are preferred.

·     Excellent verbal and written English & Vietnamese communications skills.

·     Confident, outgoing personality.

·     Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
