 Main purpose of the position

Operate machine follow SOP, Quality and high performmance

Trainning junior operator

Job responsibilities

• Advanced maintenance activities i.e. change all gaskets in filling valve

• Responsible for all Setting & Adjustments points i.e. set „Zero points”,

• Be able to create / review / improve/ standards i.e. SOP

• Implicitly understand KPIs gaps and initiates daily improvement activities

• Cooperate with external services and materials suppliers during activities on site (i.e. labels)

• Leading improvement projects on machine (i.e. AM)

• Is capable to replace maintenance technician during short periods of absence

• Taking part in introducing new SKU online (test new format and give feedback)

• Basic automation, electrical & mechanical knowledge

• Basic understanding of Quality SPC control charting and how to react to process deviations

• Understands main utilities consumptions and control points

• Be able to operate similar machines on different lines after appropriate training

Personal qualifications / competencies

·       Knows and understands tasks in the packaging department on a daily routine basis

·       Knows the line performance indicators and understands the relation between them and productivity

·       Knows the influence of specific actions on the line’s performance indicator
