Job responsibilities:

 

·       Build annual media strategy for all brands of CBVN aligned with business goals to deliver the communication objectives of each brand in close cooperation with media agency and brand managers

·       Support brand teams to implement media plan

·       Monitor media performance by campaigns and recommend changes for increasing the performance

·       Drive media optimization and advertising effectiveness across all paid media channels (TV, FB, GG, local adnetworks, TikTok…)

  • Engage with main publisers (GG, FB, local adnetworks) to build digital media learnings and digital advertising effectiveness program plus gather and share effectiveness insights (media and creative)
  • Analyze trends in social media and make learnings to brand campaigns
  • Setting appropriate media KPIs for media agency annual and campaign based

·       Standardize media reporting template in close cooperation with media agency

  • Run annual media workshop
  • Build media capbalities by develop training documents and conduct trainning to brand team on media fundamentals
  • Work with brand teams and creative agencies to get to better reative solutions in-line with digital platform requirements.

 

Personal qualifications / competencies:

 

•     BS/MS degree in marketing or related filed with at least 8+ years of experience in brand communication and digital marketing

•     Proven working experience in brand communication and effective advertising

•     Demonstrated strength in media strategy, planning, buying, optimization, channel mix (TV/digital/OOH) reporting and analytic tools

•     Understanding of media/comms effectiveness research methodologies and marketing communication processes, and measurement

•     Up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing

•     Well understanding of guideline on ad formats of each digital channels to achieve most optimal performance

•     Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation

•     Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill

•     Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints

•     Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results

 

 

 

Educational / minimum requirements:

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree in business, marketing
