Role Overview

Own eB2C channel strategy, includes digital marketing, e-site merchandising, partnerships strategies, and oversee the channel P&L and drive eB2C business growth


What you’ll be doing

  • eB2C Channel Strategy: Develop and own comprehensive eB2C digital channel strategies by collaborating with Marketing and EB2C leadership team, incooperating digital marketing, 6Ps (Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotion, Proposition), site merchandising, eCommerce media and partnerships to enhance online sales presence, customer engagement and sales
  • Channel P&L Management: Take full ownership of the channel P&L management and optimization by building, monitoring effectiveness and working closely with eB2C Key Account & e-Store Management team to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Commerce Planning: Drive buyer growth through targeted digital selling and marketing strategies by leading segmentation and personalized selling and marketing campaigns to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Channel Growth: Identify expansion opportunities and optimize channel performance by implementing innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
  • Channel Capability: Spearhead the development and execution of channel capabilities to enhance performance, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Team development and Cross-functional collaboration: Provide leadership and mentorship to eB2C Strategy and Planning team, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning and drive effective cross-functional collaboration at all levels to drive common agenda
  • Stay updated of industry trends, market changes, and best practices to continuously optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role with proven experience in E-Commerce.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing eB2C digital channel strategies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, site merchandising, partnership management, and channel P&L analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, influence stakeholders, and lead high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve results in a competitive market environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
