Strategic purpose of the position:

Recruitment lead,corporate positions,  implementation and execution of the Talent Acquisition programs and ensure Business Partners receive best in class service Support roll out of all aspects of talent acquisition for the market.


Core Responsibilities

-          Build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within the area of responsibility

-          Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.

-          Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional, awareness (if needed) to attract qualified applications for key roles within your area of responsibility

-          Build, engage and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates within the functional area or market that you support.

-          Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes

-          Manage and develop TA team to forward HR’ goal

-          Leading initiative in building Employer brand and make sure Carlsberg became employee’s interest of mind 

-          Build talent pine line through leading MT program or fresh program to nurture right talent for company in the future. 


Competency Requirements

-          University Degree

-          Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager or 5 year as senior Executive, prefer in FMCG sector.

-          Strong at leadership, problem solving, project management, time management & planning skill

-          Good writing, and oral communication skills, both English and Vietnamese are required.

-          Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented

-          Strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate Company Values
