Position: S&OP manager

S & OP MANAGER

Job summary:

  • Lead of the local customer supply chain function incl. people development
  • Drive and co-ordinate the Sales & Operations planning process
  • Performance management within the function (daily/weekly/monthly review operational KPIs)
  • Demand planning (incl. statistical forecast and demand planning support to commercial team)
  • Operational supply planning process (12 week rolling horizon), short term (12 weeks) capacity planning of local plant(s) incl. shift planning production
  • Detailed scheduling of production and brewing & processing
  • Continuous improvement program incl. idea generation and securing implementation of local and central projects
  • Portfolio and Master data management (SKU)
  • Call-off – Raw & Packaging Materials and local 3rd party brands
  • Deployment – allocation of stocks to secondary locations on a daily basis
  • Planning of returnable empties stocks and flows incl. budgeting (bottles/crates/trays etc.)
  • Cross-border products coordination

Job summary:

  • Work with brand teams on their plans and translate them into
    trade marketing activities to stronger promote brand on outlet
    level.
  • Support Trade Marketing Executives in controlling activities in
    their respective regions (North, Central & South). Implement
    proper processes, monitoring and measurement systems and
    learnings. Use synergies to increase efficiency.
  • Work with sales team and prepare activities to address trade and
    customer issues and opportunities.
    Support Trade Marketing Executives in deployment & tracking FIT
    program nationwide.
  • Set up the proper system, measure and evaluate efficiency in all
    trade activities to establish benchmarks and learnings.
  • Implement learnings into the future planning and thinking.
    Manage POSM & Signage programs by province. Establish a
    system, budget and evaluate implementation.
