Role overview 

• Operate machine follow SOP, quality and high performmance

 What you’ll be doing

• Self-operating of the machines in designated area (i.e. Filler & EBI) (loader, unloader) etc.

• Responsible for start-up, shut down, C/O, CIP and operational adjustments (including coordination activities with other departments)

• Person has basic operational capabilities for other machines/processes in the area

• Carries out basic maintenance within area i.e. CIL / other basic activities

• Carries out all local quality analysis

• Understands and actively participates in problem solving (using 5Whys, Ishikawa, etc.)

• Tagging all abnormalities and carrying out basic repairs

• Complies with all process documentation requirements

• Is able to identify/report deviations from standards (i.e. safety / quality / environmental / 5Ss)

• Understands main utilities consumptions and control points

• Is able to supervise Trainee Role

• disciplined - always acts within his frame of responsibility & tasks,

• proactive -seeks information, monitor & communicate the operational situation including planned/or unplanned changes and then adapts according to new situations,

• passionate - service oriented, he enjoys serving of lines

• flexible -no special instructions required, because he knows what to do (task list) and he always creates his way how to do it to serve the operation properly

• Certificate of mechanical or electric.

       Education and Experience:

• Certificate of mechanical or electric.

        Language skills:

• Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
