Key functions:
Brewing & Processing (B&P) Department - The B&P Department is crucial in beer production, handling raw material processing and ensuring high product quality:
- Managing the production process from raw materials to fermentation and filtration.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Carlsberg’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitoring temperature, time, and technical parameters to achieve the desired beer flavor.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and production lines to prevent contamination.
Packaging -The Packaging Department converts finished beer into suitable packaging for market distribution:
- Operating filling machines to pack beer into bottles, cans, or kegs.
- Ensuring accuracy in volume, CO₂ levels, and product quality.
- Checking packaging for defects and verifying labels and barcodes.
- Maintaining a clean workspace according to 5S standards and suggesting improvements.
Maintenance & Utilities (M&U) - The M&U Department ensures the efficient operation of equipment and infrastructure while managing essential utilities:
- Performing scheduled maintenance and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitoring equipment performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Managing energy supplies (electricity, water, steam, and compressed air) and ensuring sustainability.
- Overseeing wastewater treatment to comply with environmental standards.
Carlsberg Excellence (CE) - The CE Department focuses on improving efficiency and promoting excellence across production:
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and reduce waste.
- Implementing tools like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.
- Developing and ensuring the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

(ii) CARLEX function: both Engineering & Economics background
- Possess learning agility, analytical and critical thinking;
- Be a good team player with solution-oriented & result-driven;
