What you’ll be doing

      Main purpose of the position

• Lead maintenance activities for assigned production lines/areas
• Coordinate people, contractors, and resources through team leaders and M&U Manager
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, safety, and cost control
• Build team capability and performance culture
• Own maintenance standards, RCA, and improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production to ensure stable operations.

What we’re looking for

Education and Experience:

• • University degree with major in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance roles within production environments, preferably in the food industry
  • Hands-on experience with PLC/automation software (e.g. Siemens / Schneider / Omron / Mitsubishi / Proface) and mechanical design tools.
  • Good knowledge of HMI / SCADA / industrial networks, and the operating principles of key automation control system, electrical and mechanical components
  • Strong analytical for troubleshooting and solution oriented.
  • Demonstrate commitment and personal ownership
  • Take and execute decisions with quality and speed
  • Plan effectively, set priorities and put ideas into practice
  • Seize opportunities, embrace and drive change.

  Language skills:

  • Ability to communicate in English
