Key Accountabilities

• Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and sustainability.
• Supplier Management: Lead full cycle management including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation and partnership engagement to drive the best benefit to company in a sustainable way.
• Innovation Driven: Collaborate internally with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc.) and externally from suppliers with market intelligence unlock potential opportunities and create value
• Compliance & Risk Management: Create a framework and culture on strict adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and risk‑mitigation practices across activities 
• Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional team the leverage best practice from market to optimize Procurement process and enhance working efficiency
