Key Accountabilities

• Financial Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, profitability, cost structures, and variances to support business health.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units in Commercial and Supply Chain to provide financial insights, evaluate trade-offs, quantify risks/opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, conduct budget reviews, maintain accurate financial data, and build financial models for performance analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Forecasting & Planning: Lead forecasting activities (e.g., P&L projection, revenue forecast), manage CAPEX planning, and support S&OP integrations with clear financial implications.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, treasury operations, investment appraisal, and financial risk mitigation.
• Financial Systems, Master Data & Process Efficiency: Enhance financial systems and reporting tools; maintain master data accuracy; coordinate across IT and commercial teams to ensure smooth financial process integration.
• Decision Support & Business Case Evaluation: Analyze business cases, commercial CAPEX requests, product profitability, and scenario modeling to guide informed decisions.
• Tax - Ensure compliance to tax regulations in Vietnam, covering all aspect of taxes - CIT, VAT, SST, and Transfer Price
