Key Accountabilities

• Implement & Maintain HSSE Standards: Ensure consistent implementation of Carlsberg’s HSSE standards, methods, tools, and processes across the company, aligned with regional and global agreements.
• Health & Safety Program Management: Oversee and manage all site health and safety systems, including accident investigations, risk assessments, tactical implementation plans (TIP), PPE standards, and legal compliance.
• Safety Culture Development: Promote a strong safety culture through field observations, inspections, coaching, training, and behavior‑based safety initiatives.
• Security Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate security activities to protect employees, assets, and facilities from risks such as fire, theft, sabotage, and intrusion.
• Environmental Management: Lead and execute the environmental agenda at production sites, including compliance with environmental standards, sustainability goals, and ISO certifications (ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001).
• Compliance, Audits & Reporting: Manage HSSE audits, ensure contractor compliance, support crisis management, and lead HSSE performance tracking, data reporting, and country/regional dashboards.
• Cross‑Functional Advisory & Support: Act as advisor to site and functional leaders on HSSE issues, CAPEX/OPEX project support, and improvement initiatives; collaborate across Supply Chain, Commercial, QA, Procurement, Legal, and other teams.
