Graduate Trainee Program 2026 | Marketing Function

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies that build long‑term equity, manage brand portfolio, and strengthen brand positioning across all touchpoints, which are all in line with global/regional guidance.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications: Lead development and implementation of communication campaigns, events, and media plans with internal and external partners; ensure consistency of visual identity and messaging across channels.
  • Consumer & Market Insights: Generate and analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions, innovation, and activation plans.
  • Innovation & Product Development: Drive product and packaging innovation initiatives, including NPD planning, transitions, and exits; connect innovation pipeline and annual plans to S&OP.
  • Activation & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated activation programs (ATL/BTL/digital) that translate brand strategy into market execution with quality and speed.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage brand budgets, track performance, forecast marketing investments, and ensure financial target across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Commercial & Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other functions to ensure cohesive execution, alignment of brand strategy, and strong in‑market presence.
  • Media & Digital MKT: Lead media and digital planning, buying, and performance optimization to deliver innovative, data-driven, and globally aligned media investments that drive consumer conversion and portfolio growth.
