Role overview
- Responsible for the definition and implementation of effective spare part and maintenance plans in order to ensure required Brewery performance
- Responsible for ensuring effective allocation of resources to enable maintenance plan attainment
- Responsible for the generation of accurate maintenance reports via the Computerised Maintenance Management System (Navision)
- Drives the implementation and sustainability of ISC Maintenance and Carlsberg Excellence Standards
What you’ll be doing
1. Management of the Work Order System:
- Screening of WO’s generated- Scoping of WO requirements
- Ensuring EHS & Quality considerations are met in each WO
- Effective planning of resource – parts, tools, people, skills and time allocation and the required level of detail
- Provides clear and precise work instructions (WI) within work order
- Ensures spare parts are available for each job prior to work order issuing
- Prints and Issues work orders to the engineering resource
- Follows up with engineering resource on job completion
- Identifies any opportunities for improving the WI’s or WO’s
- Ensures that WOs are closed out with the required quality of info by the engineering resource
2. Maintenance and spare part planning:
- Engagement of appropriate stakeholder in maintenance and spare part planning
- Sets up appropriate Planning and Review Meetings
- Generation and issuing of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and spare part plans
- Generation and issuing of overhaul plans
- Uses CSC Group Standards to improve overhaul effectiveness, both duration compression & interval optimization
- Management of master maintenance plans and master data within the CMMS system
3. Contractor Management:
- Communicates with contractors and 3rd party (3P) maintenance providers
- Issues and follows up on WO completion with 3P- ensures close out WO for 3P maintenance
4. Communication:
- Ensures appropriate info regarding maintenance planning is communicated to Management Team
5. Reporting:
- Ensures agreed maintenance reports are generated and issued in a timely manner- Ensures accurate calculation of maintenance KPIs
- Ensures cost information is accurate within CMMS
- Ensures master plans are up to date within the CMMS
What we’re looking for
- University engineering degree
- Technical expertise in mechanics, electricity, automation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- 1-3 years’ experience within a manufacturing/ maintenance environment
- Experience of using CMMS systems and IT literate
- Effective communication and presentation skills- Experience of dealing with service contractor and spare parts suppliers
- Experience of managing budgets
- Fluent in local language
- Effective in English (spoken and written) – an advantage
