Role overview

The position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 3PL to ensure efficient and cost-effective local transportation and delivery services for customers in the Southern region

 What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for developing storage and distribution models that include factors such as warehouse locations, customer locations, or available transportation modes to maximize operational efficiency
• Drive LSP to achieve: Quality of service & KPI
• Manage interface (EDI) betwwen LSP & Carlsberg ; Develop next phase intergration (POSM & Asset)
• Responsible for the program tracking and tracing, be able to generate a holistic view and driving performance from those data.
• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
• Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor the performance, HSE of Transportation and 3PL
• Participate in budget process yearly / quarterly.
• Take lead, plan for stock count and training for stock count team member.
• Coordinate with procurement for transportation cost bidding and find new supplier
• Manage distribution project and contribute ideas, knowledge to optimize the distribution cost
• Develops, maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Carlsberg regulations by SOP, OPL….
• Accomplishes warehouse Carlex process complying with Carlex strategy. Develops and maintains 5S in working place. Daily report PMS and escalate the initiating corrective actions to higher management level.
• Train, coach and develop colleagues by progressively transfer knowledge for career development and succession planning

What we’re looking for

• People management
• 3PL management
• Strong WMS skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power point…)
• Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including ocean, sea, road transportation, and warehousing)
• E-commerce operation is a plus
• Managing Processes, Data Analysis
• Dealing with Complexity, Timeline Management
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or specializing in Logistics management
• Management experience
