Role overview
- Responsible for chemical, microbiological and sensory sampling and testing
- Responsible for Raw, Packaging and Auxiliary material analysis
- Responsible for laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
- Responsible for data reporting ( MES/SAP, Local & Group reports)
- Support operations in troubleshooting at production areas
- Creates standards (SOP&OPL)
- Support troubleshooting at production areas
Perform Quality trainings and provide constant coaching to operational teams
Support Quality audits and Management systems
What you’ll be doing
People Management: Training of operational teams in line with departmental and individual plans (competencies and skills)
Process Management
- Quality Control testing and release for all required packaging, auxiliary chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis for starting materials, in process and finished products.
- Perform investigation and root-cause analysis
- Support Customer & Consumer complain management process
- Actively participate in Quality investigations and risk assessments
- Monitor, track and ensure legal compliance to the Country legislation
- Ensure finish products meet all Carlsberg standards and specifications.
- Ensure immediate escalation to the management team (Having Stop work authority) in case of quality issues – risk for food safety
Performance Management
- Responsible for managing Quality KPI s at their respective area in line with Site targets
- Ensure Quality KPIs are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level (i.e.: RFT, Market Survey etc.)
- Responsible for consistent collection and reporting of key quality metrics including all RFT (Right First Time) measures.
- Supports investigating (as needed) quality related consumer/customer complaints.
- Proactively participate in Plant PMS meetings/Shift handovers
- Supporting Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility

Education and Experience:
- Engineering, Life Science, Other Technical Programs or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
Language skills:
- Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (preferable)
