Role overview:
This role will focus on Compensation and Benefits administration, as well as managing and optimizing our HR database systems for enhancing employee experience through effective HR practices
What you’ll be doing
1. Contract and Database Management:
- Manage labor contract to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update HR database systems, ensuring data readiness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT and external vendors to enhance HR system functionalities.
- Provide reports related to compensation, benefits and employee.
2. Payroll, SHUI & Tax Management:
- Accurately process and manage payroll to ensure employees are compensated on time.
- Handle SHUI and tax payments and reporting in accordance with local regulations
- Collaborate with external vendors for payroll outsourcing
3. Benefits Administration:
- Implement employee benefits programs, administer the communication, enrollments, changes, and terminations...
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide necessary support to resolve issues.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in projects and initiatives focused on refining HR processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR operations and database management.
- Stay current on laws and technical best practices to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
