What you’ll be doing

Media Planning & Buying:

  • Collaborate with media agencies to plan & execute effective media investments and optimize mix to achieve max reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Ensure clear linkage of Consumer pathways / touchpoint connection planning with the ultimate goal to drive conversion a point of purchase.
  • Drive innovative thinking and new ideas, adjusting approach as relevant across brands of the portfolio. Maximize OOH impact with winning zones.

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies, including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Establish KPIs for all media and digital efforts and analyze campaign effectiveness across the portfolio.
  • Use data to recommend adjustments and drive continuous improvement and organize best practice / innovation forum reviews with team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with group media team and procurement to ensure local planning, execution & reporting aligns to global guidance and tools.
  • Partner with brand, insights, and e-commerce teams to align media plans with business objectives and maintain strong relationships with media partners/technology providers.

 

What we’re looking for

Media & Digital Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of media landscape, including digital platforms and traditional channels with a passion to stay on the pulse of new trends.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Manager, and DSPs.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking:

  • Ability to connect business objectives with media strategies and consumers insights to drive business results.
  • Skilled in analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making and make relevant adjustments as necessary.

Project & Agency Management:

  • Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and large-scale campaigns.
  • Effective at meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality execution.

Communication & Influence:

  • Strong presentation skills to articulate complex media strategies and a simple easy to understand way.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
