Role Overview:

Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize operational efficiency, meet customer demands, and drive overall business growth.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand planning team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage the planning budget effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of planning methodologies, inventory management, and planning techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years planning experience including a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and preferred APICS CPIM certified
• Experience with ERP
