Role overview 

This position will play a proactive role in supporting RTM team handling data processing, initial analysis, and project coordination tasks.

What you’ll be doing

1. Data Management & Analysis

• Clean and structure raw data sets (e.g., outlet, SR, SKU, volume) for analysis under provided guidance.
• Support the generation of weekly performance dashboards and tracking tools.

2. Reporting:

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for RTM and sales leadership meetings.

3. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate project documentation and update timelines for outlet quality and eB2B initiatives.

4. RTM Research:

• Conduct preliminary research and benchmarking on RTM topics as guided from line manager.

5. Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager

What we’re looking for

• Education: 3rd/final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or similar tools
• Good command of English and Vietnamese
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity for data, and willingness to learn fast
