Role overview:

Main purpose of the position: Oversee the deployment of IT applications and optimization of software applications to ensure smooth business operations

What you’ll be doing

1. Project Management

• Plan and execute projects: Develop detailed project plans with clearly defined scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams: Coordinate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor progress and performance: Track project progress using appropriate tools and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage risks: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality: Guarantee all deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain documentation: Prepare and update comprehensive project records, including status reports and post-implementation reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Provide consistent updates and proactively address concerns or changes.

2. Application Oversight

• Support and troubleshoot: Resolve issues related to business application software to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide training: Train end users on newly deployed or updated software applications to maximize adoption and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of related work experience with at least 2 years of project/program management in-depth understanding of application technology, including Web applications, SaaS implementation, and application integration
• Understanding of technology, business processes and data management
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and programming languages
• Knowledge of finance & accounting
• Fluent in English communication for business
