What you’ll be doing
- Collect activity data report from every sale team.
- Manage UTC programs and the whole process of caps evaluation, exchange and scraping
- Support Sale and BA teams in implementation and managing activities
- Support brand activations and promotions in trade.
- Manage POSM flow and quality when it is arrived at warehouse. Make sure that received goods are in line with specs and in right quantity
- Signage document check and submit payment to related department
- PAF, PR, Price List, Free beer consolidate, tracking & releasing to team monthly as per commercial calendar
- Collect activity data from sale & prepare for frequency report to trade team.
- Manage payment for programs (proper documents flow) in cooperation with sales department. Assure report and payment on time in full.
- Support brand activations on site is an additional requirement
What we’re looking for
- At least 6 months of relevant working experience
- Detail – oriented characteristic
- Good communication and coordination with cross function department
- Good MS skills in Excel and Word
- Fluent English communication is a plus
